As a free spirited empathic being, it was a natural path for me to follow and study healing therapies.  With the innate knowing that massage was to be my medium, my journey began in 2002 at the Baltimore School of Massage.  This learning and experience not only confirmed my desire to provide care to others but to do so on all levels of the body and being.  My ongoing learning has lead me to work with natural elements of Healing Stones, essential oils/aromatherapy as well as energy healing therapies in Reiki and Mystical Arts/Ritual.  My work connects on a myofascial level and with the natural rhythms and therapeutic needs of each individual within a safe nurturing environment.

As our systems are strained on many levels within environment and life experience, I wish to be a source to honor and support you in this moment.  While I continue to find my own growth and grounding in life, you will find me filling my spirit in community, nature and dance as well as keeping up with family and twin ambitious girls.
